Geleia de marmelo »» Quince jelly

Na semana passada a minha amiga Ana B. ofereceu-me 2 sacos cheios de marmelos. Como não são tratados com pesticidas não tardou a haver larvas a subir pelas paredes da minha cozinha. Então ontem passei a tarde na cozinha a fazer geleia de marmelo e a preparar os marmelos para hoje fazer a marmelada.
Os marmelos são muito difíceis de descascar por isso para já só fiz metade da quantidade. Durante a semana terei de fazer o restante.

Last week my friend Ana B. offered me two bags full of quinces. Because they are not treated with pesticides it wasn't long before the larvae started climbing the walls of my kitchen. So yesterday I spent the afternoon in the kitchen making quince jelly and preparing the quinces to make marmalade.The quinces are very difficult to peel so for now I only made half of the amount. During the week I'll do the rest.
